Refunds/Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with the purchase of your item, we are happy to provide you with a refund or exchange within 15 days of purchase.

  1. Items must be unused and in original box with all parts
  2. If purchased online, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost back to us
  3. Refunds/Exchanges are applicable to all glass, metal, quartz and electrical products as long as they are unused
  4. Proof of purchase is required – no exceptions

Warranty

Herb Vaporizers

  1. Chronic Glass offers a 6 month IN-STORE warranty on all our herb vaporizers
  2. After the 6 month period, manufacturer warranty will apply
  3. Only the defective item/part will be replaced under the IN-STORE warranty period
  4. Coils are NOT covered under warranty
  5. Proof of purchase is required for in-store purchases

Batteries/Box Mods/Tanks/Concentrate Tanks

  1. Batteries and Box Mods are covered under a 3 month warranty period
  2. There is no warranty period for tanks that are used. Tank leakeage can be expected over time and is due to normal wear and tear on the gaskets
  3. There is no warranty for coils
  4. Original receipt or proof of purchase is required – No exceptions

Glass/Metal/Quartz

  1. Chronic Glass offers an insurance period for glass items that arrive damaged via the Canada Post
  2. There is no warranty/insurance period for broken glass/metal/quartz products purchased in-store. Items are thoroughly inspected by both staff and customer before purchase
  3. Online warrantly claims for broken glass items must be made within 48hours of receiving product (we will request an image)
  4. After 48 hours, the insurance and warranty period is over
  5. Items must be in unusued condition for warranty to apply
  6. No warranty on used items

Submit Warranty Claim Below

  1. Please provide purchase date, customer name and product name in the text box below
  2. We will respond within 24hours with additional instructions on submitting the warranty claim
  3. Expect a 1-2 week turnaround for warranty claims once we receive the defective item
